When H5 partnered with leading Chicago real estate developer Magellan Development Group, we knew we were going to build great things. When Magellan broke ground on Vista Tower (now called the St. Regis Chicago) in fall 2016, The Agency H5 team set to work to excite the tower’s existing and future clientele and capture worldwide attention.
H5 has led a steady drumbeat of awareness and visibility of the property worldwide among potential luxury home buyers through an integrated approach including media relations, partnership engagement, event programming and the creation of an editorial publication, No Parallels. In addition to providing proactive marketing support for the building, H5 also helped Magellan navigate communications and media around the company’s high-profile development partner, Dalian Wanda Group’s sale of its ownership stake in the project.
We’re pleased to have met expectations that were 101-stories high. Since 2016, H5’s efforts have resulted in more than 5.3 billion impressions from top tier global, national and local media placements and the project is more than 50% sold.
