Tower Power

When H5 partnered with leading Chicago real estate developer Magellan Development Group, we knew we were going to build great things. We didn’t anticipate how great. Over the years, Magellan has built numerous luxury residential towers around the city. Securing media coverage was a given, but H5 went above and beyond to help Magellan fill its new homes. That meant creating Currents, a quarterly newsletter spotlighting the latest amenities, packages and happenings in Magellan’s communities. Additionally, we helped launch the most unique amenity to date: an Artist-In-Residence program that provides residents with live entertainment in the comfort of their home from musicians and artists, and in exchange, the live-in talent is rewarded one year of rent-free living. Additionally, we created and managed multiple social accounts, packed with amazing photography from the properties. Needless to say, we got the word out.

When Magellan broke ground on Vista Tower in fall, 2016, we got really excited (a $900 million tower designed by one of the world’s top architects – Jeanne Gang – will do that to you). Media attention was a snap. But again, we innovated: We launched luxury glossy magazine No Parallels to speak directly to the tower’s existing and future clientele, providing them   with construction updates, interior design inspiration, local Lakeshore East attractions and much more. Magellan wanted to meet potential buyers? We created and executed a series of events at the Vista Sales Gallery giving hundreds of high-net-worth clientele a taste of the tower’s unparalleled luxuries. We’re pleased to have met expectations that were 101-stories high.
