Home is where you make it, and H5 made Coldwell Banker right at home in Chicago’s crowded real estate market. We created Team Blue, a database of spokespeople that could be leveraged on behalf of different properties. We called the media’s attention to notable homes for sale — like the fabulous Winnetka manse made famous by the classic movie “Home Alone.”
But more than properties, we focused on people. We shined the spotlight on Jennifer Ames, one of Coldwell’s most successful agents, and secured executive visibility for Fran Broude, the President and COO of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. To demonstrate that Coldwell is part of the community, we arranged a partnership with the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana.
Through H5’s efforts, Coldwell Banker earned placements in virtually all local media, as well as high-profile national publications like The Wall Street Journal.
